Intensified Achiv Solar
001Statement

Engineered solar.Documented end to end.

Hybrid solar systems for homes and commercial properties in Manila and Cebu. Industry-standard parts. Every DC run labelled. Every install ships with a documentation pack — and we take over and repair systems other contractors got wrong.

002What we install

Three install types,
sized to the property.

Capacity ranges below are typical, not fixed. We size every system to the actual load, not the salesperson’s template.

01

Residential hybrid

Solar array, hybrid inverter, and battery storage sized to the household load profile. Brownout handover without manual switching.

Array

Inverter
Solis hybrid, 3–16 kW
Battery
BYD HVS / HVM, 5–15 kWh

02

Commercial roof-mount

Engineered string design for warehouse and commercial rooftops. Itemised proposal, structural review, single point of contact through commissioning.

03

EV-ready add-on

Dedicated EV charging circuit designed to draw from the daytime solar surplus. Retrofits onto an existing Achiv install or comes with the new build.

Components we standardise on

The shortlist we vouch for. We will substitute up — never down — and only with the client’s explicit sign-off.

003Standards we hold to

Four commitments.
The same on every job.

These commitments don’t flex by package, season, or how much the client knows about solar. The same standard applies to a 5 kWp home install and a 1 MW commercial array.

01

Industry-standard parts only.

We do not substitute lower-spec components to win on price. Every panel, inverter, battery, breaker, and cable in our installs is sourced from manufacturers we vouch for and stock to specification.

Evidence01-equipment.jpg
02

Documented to the detail.

Every DC run is labelled. Every lug is torque-checked. Every install ships with a documentation pack: as-built diagrams, panel string layouts, breaker labels, warranty registrations, and a one-page operating guide for the client.

Evidence02-dc-runs.jpg
03

Real warranty backing.

We register every panel, every inverter, and every battery with the manufacturer in the client's name at handover. The original certificates go to the client; we keep digital copies on file for the duration of the term.

Evidence03-warranty-pack.pdf
04

No mystery in the price.

Our proposals itemise every component and every labour cost. Professional installation is priced transparently at a per-watt rate against the panel array installed. There are no surprise charges mid-job.

004The repair work

Bad solar installs
are common in the local market.

We get called when an existing system stops doing what the client was promised. Sometimes that is the inverter; usually it is the install around it. The audit and repair process below applies whether the original installer is reachable or not.

Note

We have no commercial interest in disparaging other contractors. We have a commercial interest in fixing what they leave behind.

Book a repair audit
Canonical failure modes
  1. F-01Common

    Underperforming panels

Output is well below the proposal numbers; output drops further each year. Often a string-design or shading issue the original installer never modelled.

  2. F-02Common

    Inverter or battery dies early

Hybrid inverter throws a fault and the original installer cannot be reached. Warranty paperwork was never registered with the manufacturer.

  3. F-03Common

    Unsafe DC work

DC runs are unlabelled, ungrounded, or terminated outside spec. Visual inspection raises immediate concerns; no torque records exist.

  4. F-04Common

    Wrong-size system

The array was sold against a generic load profile, not the actual building usage. Net export is poor; brownout coverage falls short.

How the audit works
  1. Step 01

    Site audit

On-site inspection, performance measurement at the array, inverter logs export, condition report on every component.

  2. Step 02

    Written findings

A written audit deliverable: photographed defects, measurements, and a prioritised list of what must change versus what should change.

  3. Step 03

    Repair scope and quote

Itemised proposal for the repair, including which components are replaced, which are kept, and the per-watt labour rate.

  4. Step 04

    Repair, recommission, hand back

We redo the parts that need redoing, register every replaced component, and hand the client the documentation pack the original installer never delivered.

What the audit deliverable contains

The audit pack lands with the client whether or not we win the repair. It is the document the original installer should have delivered, and the basis for any second opinion.

Light-industrial roof-mount, 32 panels, hybrid + battery.

A small-batch manufacturing facility wanted to cap its monthly Meralco draw and stay running through brownouts. We sized the array to the day-shift load and added battery to cover the line-restart window after grid drops.

The system was commissioned with a per-string monitoring profile. The client gets a single PDF performance baseline at handover; we keep the inverter logs available for the first year.

006System topology

A hybrid system,
single-line.

The shape of every Achiv hybrid install. PV array feeds the hybrid inverter; loads, battery, and the Meralco grid all sit on the inverter’s AC bus. During a brownout, the inverter isolates the grid leg and runs the property from solar plus battery.
